A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a high-potential recent graduate with a strong interest in technology, digitalization and process improvement to join our global Customer Credit Risk Intelligence (CCRI) team.

This is not a traditional credit-risk or data-processing role. The trainee will work alongside the CCRI team to understand how our day-to-day processes operate and explore how new technologies, automation and data-driven solutions can make them simpler, faster and more effective.

The role combines hands-on exposure to global credit-risk operations with a strong digitalization focus. We are looking for someone who is curious about how technology can solve real business problems, reduce repetitive work and create smarter ways of working.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Digitalize processes: Identify manual, repetitive or inefficient activities and explore how technology can simplify or automate them.
• Explore new technology: Help evaluate and apply tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, AI/Copilot and other emerging technologies to practical CCRI use cases.
• Improve how we work: Challenge existing processes and help redesign workflows rather than simply maintaining them.
• Support CCRI operations: Gain hands-on exposure to customer credit-risk activities and understand the business problems behind the processes.
• Improve data quality: Analyse data-quality issues, identify root causes and help develop more sustainable solutions.
• Turn data into insight: Support reporting and analysis with a focus on improving accessibility, usability and decision-making.
• Drive standardization: Help translate good ideas into scalable processes and digital solutions that can be used across our global team.
• Work globally: Collaborate with CCRI colleagues and stakeholders across different countries and functions.

What You Bring

• Digitally curious, with a genuine interest in technology and how it can improve business processes
• Analytical and comfortable with data, but equally interested in understanding the process behind the data
• Curious and challenging, willing to ask “Why do we do it this way?” and “Could technology do this better?”
• A practical problem solver who can translate an operational problem into an improvement idea
• Eager to experiment and learn, particularly with automation, AI and emerging digital tools
• Structured and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through
• Comfortable working internationally across different teams and cultures
