As part of a team, you will ensure optimal support for our customers' intralogistics systems on site, thereby guaranteeing the highest possible system availability throughout the entire life cycle.

People Relations Manager
Independent maintenance and servicing of highly automated intralogistics systems at the customer's site
Repair, maintenance, and testing of mechatronic systems
Troubleshooting and fault rectification as part of on-call duty
Customer support for technical questions and necessary service measures
Documentation and further development of existing service methods as well as training of customer technicians
Successfully completed training in mechatronics or electrical engineering
Knowledge of PLC controls (S7), bus systems (Profibus, ASI), and controlled drives is an advantage
Willingness to travel extensively (90%) and a driver's license (class B)
Flexibility and customer focus with regard to deployment, shift work, and on-call duty
Reliability, ability to work in a team, and an independent way of working
Collaboration in a committed team, individual opportunities to contribute, clear goals and an open feedback culture
