Your profile –
Academic Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Recently graduated or no more than 1 year experience
Professional experience: Internship or practical experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Data Analytics, or cross-functional projects is considered a plus.
Technical skills Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SAP (preferred), data analysis or dashboard management.
Languages Fluent or advanced English (B1)
Skills/Competences Self driven, Eager to learn, Problem solving, Negotiation, Market and Data analysis, Collaboration and Teamwork
Your Responsabilities
Support the Omterra procurement transition activities and related documentation updates.
Assist Strategic Buyer in the gathering, update and follow-up supplier’s contracts.
Manage and maintain Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and related records.
Create and maintain the Procurement department dashboard reporting using Digital Tools (Factory KPI’s).
Support data analysis and reporting activities for Strategic Procurement.
Create presentations and progress reports for procurement initiatives.
Support continuous improvement and process standardization projects.
