A Snapshot of your day
Your day involves maintaining, inspecting, and troubleshooting critical power plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient energy production while minimizing downtime. You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver maintenance activities, resolve technical issues, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic environment focused on innovation, continuous learning, and sustainable energy solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions on control and instrumentation systems, including automation processors, sensors, drives, and control circuits.
Implement software and hardware modifications, conduct interlock testing, maintain technical documentation, and support system administration activities such as T3000 controls management.
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance programs, ensuring work orders are completed on time and plant systems operate reliably.
Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, permit-to-work procedures, outage coordination, and spare parts management to support safe and efficient operations.
Provide technical leadership by training and mentoring maintenance personnel, promoting collaboration across sites, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance excellence and team capability.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, or related discipline, with at least 5 years of maintenance/service engineering experience in industrial or power plant environments.
Strong technical expertise in power plant control systems, including Siemens SPPA-T3000, Siemens PLC Step 7, and SPPA-M3000 platforms.
Proven ability to diagnose faults, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, interpret technical drawings, and implement effective corrective actions.
Excellent English communication skills with experience collaborating in multicultural teams and international project environments.
Proactive and innovative mindset, demonstrating continuous learning, knowledge sharing, adoption of new technologies, and commitment to operational improvement and technical excellence.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
