Join our dynamic team as an Internal Commercial Project Manager in Portugal, where your attention to detail and proactive approach will shine! You will take charge of executing international Field Service projects, ensuring the preparation and administration of financial documentation is seamless. Imagine supporting the invoicing process, maintaining compliance with legal and tax regulations, and collaborating with various partners to drive project success. Your role will be pivotal in creating project elements in SAP and preparing reports for financial controls, making a significant impact on our operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will prepare documentation for monthly invoicing, collecting and controlling all costs and productive hours while providing clear explanations of invoices to clients.
Support the monthly invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.
Create project/WBS elements in SAP, streamlining project management and financial tracking.
Interact and communicate effectively with function leads, regular users, support functions, and business controlling peers to foster collaboration.
Administer the department’s documentation and prepare reports for financial controls and auditors, ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations.
What You Bring
You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the finance area, showcasing your expertise.
Your communicative knowledge of English (B2) allows you to engage effectively with diverse teams.
You possess very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, enabling you to manage data efficiently.
Your accuracy, diligence, and strong work ethic ensure high-quality outcomes, along with excellent organizational skills and a willingness to learn. Knowledge of SAP software is a plus!
