Step into a pivotal role managing daily transaction workflows and driving operational standards across core trade services and credit facilities.
- Oversee and approve daily trade transactions, credit facilities, and letter of credit document reviews.
- Lead workflow optimization initiatives to streamline operations, reduce risk, and maintain governance.
- Guide, mentor, and upskill the team to foster technical growth and operational capability.
- Monitor operational metrics, SLAs, and performance controls while conducting ongoing reconciliation efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on key business initiatives and operational enhancements.
skills and experience required.
- Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in trade operations and lending facilities, with leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, standard industry guidelines, and banking practices
- Strong risk control mindset paired with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
