about the job

Based in Bangkok Metropolitan Area, you will drive regional flavor innovation across Southeast Asia, focusing on Beverages, as well as Confectionery and Dairy.

• Flavor Creation: Lead end-to-end flavor development, matching, and adaptation tailored to regional customer briefs.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with sales/R&D and travel regionally for client presentations and on-site co-development.
• Scale-Up & Compliance: Ensure formulations are industrially feasible and comply with regional regulations (Halal, Kosher, allergens).
• Strategy & Portfolio: Track regional market trends, manage raw materials/sensory trials, and mentor juniors.

about the manager/team

You will join a dynamic local team supported by dedicated laboratory, R&D, and commercial functions. Management offers strong autonomy and project ownership while maintaining close alignment with global technical network leaders.

skills and experience required

• Experience: 8+ years as a Flavorist with expertise in Beverages, Confectionery, Dairy experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in raw material selection, sensory analysis, industrial scale-up, and regulatory standards.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and willing to travel regularly within Southeast Asia.
