Manage end-to-end tender and RFQ execution to deliver competitive, accurate ocean freight pricing solutions under tight deadlines.
Process RFQs and tenders by analysing customer specifications, preparing data, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure timely submissions.
Conduct cost and selling price analyses to ensure rates are commercially viable and aligned with company goals.
Maintain and update rate tariffs while assisting with the implementation of awarded customer tenders across internal systems.
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and leadership on RFQ strategy, rate negotiations, and dispute resolution
skills and experience required
Prior pricing or tender management experience within the NVOCC, freight forwarding, or ocean shipping industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with strong analytical skills and detail orientation under tight timelines.
