I am looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the ongoing administration, governance, monitoring and enhancement of company's integrated risk & assurance framework governance platform. The candidate will also work closely with Business Units, Country Teams and Functional Heads to coordinate quarterly risk assessments, monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), review control effectiveness and support Board-level risk reporting.

• Maintain and administer the enterprise-wide Integrated Risk & Assurance Framework (IRAF) 2.0 governance platform.

• Coordinate periodic reviews of Tier 1 and Tier 2 risks, ensuring alignment with the organization's risk appetite while updating risk descriptions and key controls.

• Identify and document Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Management Control Assessments (MCAs).

• Execute the quarterly risk assessment cycle by coordinating submissions and challenging assessment outcomes to ensure evaluation consistency.

• Track remediation plans for identified control weaknesses and monitor their ongoing closure status.

• Consolidate assessment results to prepare management and Board Risk Committee reporting packs that highlight emerging risks and deteriorating control environments.

• Facilitate workshops and guide business and functional teams on risk assessments, KRI reporting, and control documentation.

• Collaborate with IT teams to drive continuous enhancements, workflow improvements, and adoption of the IRAF 2.0 digital platform.

skills and experience required

• 4-8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Internal Audit or Operational Risk monitoring and reporting.
• Experience coordinating enterprise-wide risk assessments and governance programs.
• Strong understanding of risk registers, KRIs, control frameworks and management reporting.
• Experience interacting with senior management and business stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
