Employment Layer

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Mid-Level Employment Lawyer.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of employment law matters, including cross-border and international employment issues.
• Provide practical legal guidance on employee relations, employment contracts, workplace policies and employment-related risk.
• Support employment matters across multiple jurisdictions, working effectively with relevant stakeholders and external counsel where required.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of employment law with experience handling international or multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Ability to provide clear, commercial and pragmatic legal advice.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and legal drafting skills.

Education & Work Experience

• Qualified lawyer or equivalent relevant legal qualification.
• Mid-level employment law experience, including demonstrable exposure to international or cross-border employment matters.
