Cyber Security Engineer

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Cyber Security Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security posture management and security controls assurance across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Measure, report and improve organisational security posture using data-driven approaches, identifying systemic weaknesses and driving improvement initiatives across multiple technology teams.
• Produce meaningful management information and executive-level reporting while engaging technical and business stakeholders to improve security outcomes.

Skills Required

• Extensive experience in cyber security posture management, security controls assurance or attack surface management.
• Strong knowledge of security baselines, control frameworks and secure configuration management, alongside Microsoft security technologies including Azure, Defender and Entra ID.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate security posture and improvement priorities to technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Education & Work Experience

• Extensive relevant cyber security experience.
• Current SC clearance is a mandatory requirement for all applicants.
