Commercial Junior

XTB is currently looking for a Junior Account Manager to join and contribute to the growth of the Sales Department at XTB France, based in Paris La Défense.

Responsibilities

• Active contact with new users of our investment solutions (mainly by phone)
• Assessment of client needs and offering tailored solutions based on XTB products and services
• Follow-up calls and scheduling in-person meetings
• Evolving responsibilities according to departmental needs

This position does not require cold calling (handling inbound leads only)

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Powers of persuasion and perseverance
• Proactive and flexible approach
• Strong interest in the economic and financial sector
• Comfortable using software applications (investment, management platforms, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac)
