Possible Tasks within this Role
Working on cross-functional projects in interdisciplinary teams in Germany and abroad
Developing innovative consulting approaches to strategy, reorganization and operational excellence
Analyze data and develop concepts and strategies
Prepare and conduct workshops and interviews independently
Developing and presenting the results to customers
Qualification requirements
Very good master's degree from a university
Specialist internships in the automotive and/or consulting industry
Practical experience in an intercultural working environment
German language level C1 and English language level B2
Excellent ability to identify and solve problems
Targeted communication and quick comprehension
