A GEO Process Engineer with a strong focus on leading site-based process engineering projects and activities at our Östringen site to drive continuous improvement, resolve chronic manufacturing issues, and introduce or re-site products, while also providing support to selected initiatives at other sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Drive productivity improvements and process variation reduction efforts.
Lead major product and process re-sites, ensuring stable transfer and ramp-up.
Support new product scale-up from trials through to robust industrialization.
Resolve chronic process issues and customer problems using structured root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective/preventive actions.
Prepare and execute capital projects, including development of process and equipment specifications and commissioning/start-up of new equipment.
You bring
University degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in aerospace, web-handling, resin-mix, coating, or fiber (one or more).
Fluent German and English (written and verbal).
Knowledge of JMP and understanding of quality systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100) is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 20%, mostly within Europe.

The German annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: € 80.320 to € 100.400. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
