We’re looking for full-time Catering Assistants and Lobby staff to join our friendly, dynamic team and be part of Supermac’s and The Plaza Group’s success story.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Catering Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers enjoy excellent food, warm service, and a spotless environment every time they visit. You’ll support the Management Team in delivering the high standards that Supermac’s is known for, while working in a positive, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

You will follow our training and guidelines to provide great-tasting food quickly, accurately, and with a friendly smile—making sure every customer leaves happy.

THE JOB

Maintaining high standards in your work area, ensuring consistency in quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Working as part of a supportive, respectful team where everyone’s contribution matters.

Following company training on food preparation, production, and storage to ensure top-quality results.

Representing the company positively and professionally, both on and off the premises.

Providing warm, welcoming, and attentive service to every customer, every time.

Supporting the Management Team in growing customer satisfaction and helping the restaurant reach daily goals.

Handling cash responsibly and following all procedures as directed by management.

Maintaining a neat, professional appearance by following uniform guidelines.

Being flexible and willing to work in different areas of the restaurant as needed.
