· Cleaning Duties include emptying of bins, vacuuming and washing floors and surfaces, Toilet area cleaning, dusting and cleaning of window ledges, rails, skirting, glass panels, mirrors and chrome.
Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards and comply with all legal requirements relative to Health and Safety.
Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
Adhere to duties assigned by Supervisor/ Manager.
Carry out assigned checks.
Replenish supplies to all dispensers around the restaurant
Use cleaning materials appropriately, as per safety data sheet and SOP
Ensure all waste is disposed of in correct containers/skips and relevant information recorded
