We are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Virtual OEM Account Manager to join our team in Finland.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of strategic OEM accounts and supporting some of Finland's leading machine builders in achieving their business, sustainability, and growth objectives. While operating through a digital-first and hybrid sales model, the role is focused on building long-term customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding Schneider Electric's footprint across Energy Management, Industrial Automation, and Digital Solutions.

As a Senior Virtual OEM Account Manager, you will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, develop account growth strategies, and collaborate across Schneider Electric's organization to help customers improve machine performance, energy efficiency, connectivity, reliability, and sustainability.

Some of your key responsibilities will include

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic OEM accounts across Finland.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with customer business objectives and Schneider Electric's strategic priorities.
• Drive profitable growth through account penetration, share-of-wallet expansion, and cross-selling of Schneider Electric's energy management, automation, and services offerings.
• Lead virtual customer engagements, business reviews, and strategic account discussions.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage them through the complete sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with application engineers, solution experts, field sales teams, and channel partners to deliver value to customers.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline.
• Monitor market developments, industry trends, and customer investment plans to proactively identify growth opportunities.

Key Qualifications

• We value a bachelor's degree; however, we also recognize that substantial relevant experience can be considered in place of formal education.
• Proven success in strategic account management, business development, or sales within the OEM or Industrial Automation sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-makers within large and complex customer organizations.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a proven ability to identify customer needs and translate them into business value.
• Experience driving growth through account penetration, share-of-wallet expansion, and cross-selling of solutions and services.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
• A solid understanding of smart machines, industrial automation, digitalization, software, and sustainability solutions.
• Experience working within virtual, hybrid, or remote selling environments is highly desirable.
