Position : Manufacturing Project Leader (MPL)
Direct Manager: Site Technical Manager
Functional Manager: Technical Manager Spain
Direct report:None but insures cross functional management of specialists and experts of his/her extended team
Organizational interfaces / Communication & Cooperation: Core team : EPM, CPM, SPM, PM, PQL Suppliers Extended Team: Assembly Engineer, Supply Chain Engineer, Packaging Engineer, Paint Process Engineer, Plant Manufacturing Engineer and associated expertise.
Knowledge / Qualification: Bachelor’s with experience or Master’s degree
Key behavioural competencies (on top of OPmobility Group competencies): Leadership, able to make clear synthesis, organized, rigorous, good
Other requirements: communication, English, project management skills
▪ Manages the manufacturing engineering scope in a project
▪ Provides smart, simples, creative and robust solutions in order
to make the project profitable
▪ Ensures cross functional management of the extended team
▪ Ensures lessons learned.
