On is looking for a Senior Specialist - Integrated Planning Platform (Anaplan) at its HQ in Zurich. Contribute to and deliver initiatives and BAU activities in the Supply & Demand Planning area.
Hands-on technical development of planning models as an Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Specialist, taking responsibility for backend/frontend building activities as well as integrations to other systems and Anaplan models.
Execute Anaplan initiatives and projects across key delivery phases (technical design, model building, testing, go-live support, and maintenance).
Collaborate with key stakeholders and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into value-adding Anaplan solutions.
Communicate technical outcomes and their consequences effectively to different stakeholders.
Build Anaplan models in accordance with Anaplan best practices and implementation principles.
Document and maintain On’s planning models to ensure they are logical, robust, and performant.
Provide guidance and end-user support to raise competence, awareness, and technical skills in relation to planning.
3+ years of proven hands-on experience designing, developing, and managing complex Anaplan models.
Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience working with business processes, data structures, and systems.
Strong functional understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP).
Strong understanding of Anaplan platform architecture, data integration, and formula optimization.
Experience in solution design and model building within complex enterprise environments.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Anaplan Certified Model Builder credentials required; Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
