Senior IT Engineer - Kongsberg Maritime

We have four IT Regional Service Center’s worldwide. We want you to be a part of our IT Infrastructure department, Hybrid Cloud & Endpoints team in Spain.
We are looking for an Senior IT Engineer with a strong focus on Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, and Cisco Secure Email solutions.
In this role, you will work on on-prem and cloud connected systems related to M365 components, mostly with focus on Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid and Cisco Cloud Secure Email gateways.
You will be a first contact for Service Desk Experts and contribute to the daily operations of Exchange related systems.
Create, maintain, and further develop mail platform and M365 components in KONGSBERG.
Maintaining the infrastructure with automations, patching, changes ++
Troubleshooting and handling requests/incidents from users
Do internal training of colleagues in related topic’s.
Attend necessary training both domestic and overseas Qualifications and Qualities
Technically assist migration initiatives
Acts as an expert escalation point on M365 components
Assist and contribute complex upgrade projects.
Can contribute to define governance, standards, or technical policies.
Preferred competencies
Degree within the IT - Relevant work experience within IT operations with M365 and Sharepoint might compensate for lack of formal education.
High level of Experience with Microsoft products related to Microsoft Exchange.
Experience with Microsoft Collaborative solutions within M365.
Experience with mail routing, preferably with Cisco Cloud Secure Email solution
Experience with using Powershell to script or automate tasks
Experience with Active Directory and identity attributes
English B2+/C1. Submitting an English CV+ motivation letter will be a mandatory requirement for this application.
