Inside Sales Account Manager – Make Construction Better!

At Hilti Ireland, we’re growing fast—and we’re proud of it! From celebrating internal promotions to launching cutting-edge innovations, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager (Phone Sales) to join our ISAM team at our Dublin Head Office in Finglas, Dublin 11.

The Hilti Inside Sales role is highly consultative, proactive and opportunity focused. For us, it’s not about coverage with as many customers as possible, it’s about having meaningful interactions with a smaller amount of our existing customers to support their productivity and effectiveness using Hilti’s high-level products, solutions and innovation. The Inside Sales role is highly collaborative; you will work closely with teammates and other departments to ensure an optimum level of customer experience with a strategic customer development approach.

We don’t expect you to be a construction expert. For us, it’s about the right person; the right person is passionate, curious, dedicated and collaborative – our training will cover the rest!

Requirements

• Phone based sales or customer service experience (any industry)
• Full working rights in Ireland
• This role is a feeder role to a field-based sales position. Motivation to move into a customer facing sales role is ideal.
