Regional Head of Talent Management

Shape how we identify, develop, and grow talent.

As our Regional Head of Talent Management you will drive the talent management strategy across Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia, partnering with HR and business leaders to strengthen our talent and leadership pipeline.

What You’ll Bring

• A university degree and 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner, Talent Management, or broader strategic HR role.
• Leadership experience, either direct people management or indirect leadership within a larger, complex organization.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate people priorities into practical actions and impact.
• Experience with organizational development, organizational design, HR transformation, or leading projects involving organizational change is a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management,

communication, and influencing skills, with the confidence to partner with senior HR and business leaders.

• A collaborative and agile mindset, with strong people assessment and coaching skills and the ability to navigate different markets, cultures, and changing priorities.
