Credit & Collection Specialist (Field Based )

As a Credit & Collection Specialist, you will help drive healthy cash flow by managing customer accounts and collections. Reporting to the Credit & Collection Manager, you will work closely with customers, Sales, and Finance teams and regularly visit customers as part of this field-based role.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Min 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis, Credit & Collections, or a similar finance role
• Experience evaluating financial information and an understanding of credit practices, procedures, and risk analysis
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with SAP is a must
• A UAE driving license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and adapt to change
