We have an exciting opportunity to join one of Hilti New Zealand's Sales team in Christchurch. As an Account Manager at Hilti, you will be trusted to use your expertise to implement sales strategies, create long term customer relationships, introduce new innovative products and services and explore new markets.

If you thrive on supporting existing customers and have the drive to captivate and capture new customer partners, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be part of a supportive, field-based regional team. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about our products, the IT systems you’ll use on the job and advanced sales skills – you just need to be motivated to learn.

Other key attributes include, but not limited to

• Customer-facing sales experience is essential
• A trade or technical background is highly desirable
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within the construction or infrastructure sector
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is advantageous
• Strong value-based and solution selling mindset
• Proven drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships across multiple stakeholders
• A flexible team player with a high level of learning agility
• Resilient and adaptable to dynamic environments such as construction sites and project offices
• Full, clean New Zealand driver’s license
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
