About the role

As a Senior Service Manager HCM (m/f/d/x), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, high-quality delivery of our SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors services. You will manage complex Application Management Services (AMS) contracts, drive operational excellence, and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders.

The role calls for a strong focus on service-level management (SLM), proactive escalation management, and the ability to work across multi-country and mixed-shore delivery models. You will use your expertise in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PT, PY) and/or your in-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors—particularly Employee Central and integration protocols—to lead service teams and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Your profile

In addition to a degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field, you have in-depth service management expertise and experience leading international service teams of more than 15 members. You are knowledgeable about ITIL processes and best practices, have extensive knowledge of SAP HCM modules, and have experience with SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You also bring:

• Extensive knowledge of HCM processes
• Hands-on experience with Application Management Services (AMS)
• Expertise in service-level management (SLM)
• Strong stakeholder-management skills
• A proven track record in escalation management
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and hybrid integration protocols, such as CPI, BIB, and point-to-point replication
• Experience managing mixed-shore delivery models for large managed services contracts
• Experience with multi-country or multilingual HCM environments
• Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
• An ITIL Foundation 4 or 5 certification; additional language skills, such as Spanish, are an advantage
