We support our top management on the most important board priorities and the largest transformation projects on the journey to becoming the leading digital telco. Working in close proximity to the CEO, we develop actionable strategies, innovative business models, and tomorrow’s leaders.
Responsibilities
- You lead project teams of 3-6 consultants and, together with them, manage central strategy and transformation projects.
- You work independently with TSC partners and clients and actively shape program and project structures on the client side.
- You develop, together with relevant stakeholders, clear target pictures, structure projects so that they can be implemented successfully, and create sustainable impact.
- You identify and quantify value and efficiency opportunities enabled by AI—for example, in productivity, operating models, headquarters functions or core business processes—and support their implementation in a pragmatic and effective way.
- You define actionable strategies for value-creating growth initiatives, business development, and finance- and market-oriented transformation projects, and support their implementation pragmatically and effectively.
- You continuously develop yourself and your team through regular feedback, coaching and involvement in challenging tasks.
Profile
- You have leadership experience and at least four years of professional experience in leading strategy consultancies and have gained experience in developing strategies or implementing transformation programs.
- You have experience in at least one of the following areas: finance, M&A, commercial management, ESG, business development, digital finance, business case analyses or benchmarking.
- You are highly familiar with data- and fact-based analyses, capital market developments, macroeconomic trends, and finance- and market-oriented decision-making processes.
- You understand how to use AI both as a practical tool for your work and as a driver of transformation initiatives.
- You demonstrate very good German and English skills (at least C1).
- You work confidently with different stakeholders, including at senior level, and represent your positions clearly, soundly and persuasively.
- You apply your strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, you act creatively as a thought leader in solving problems, and you enjoy proactively thinking ahead and contributing new/innovative ideas.
