We support our top management on the most important board priorities and the largest transformation projects on the journey to becoming the leading digital telco. Working in close proximity to the CEO, we develop actionable strategies, innovative business models, and tomorrow’s leaders.
Responsibilities
- You work in rotating, cross-functional teams of 3–6 consultants on strategic and technological challenges facing Network Technology organizations in Germany, Europe and centrally—from fiber and copper to mobile and core networks.
- You assess emerging technologies such as 6G and satellite communications, evaluate their impact on networks, business models and the portfolio, and develop concepts to integrate them into our networks, core network and products.
- You support the transformation of the Network Technology organization, for example by consolidating field service units and harmonizing operating models across Europe.
- You shape your own work packages and own responsibility from day one.
- You continuously grow through regular feedback, coaching and involvement in challenging tasks.
Profile
- You are a generalist with at least one year of experience in strategy consulting or a similar strategic role, such as in-house consulting, corporate strategy or business development.
- You hold a Master's degree from a renowned university with top grades.
- You demonstrate very good German and English skills (at least C1).
- You apply your strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, you act creatively as a thought leader in solving problems, and you enjoy proactively thinking ahead and contributing new/innovative ideas.
- You structure complex technical and strategic challenges, develop hypotheses and work with your team to deliver pragmatic solutions with measurable impact—going the extra mile for clients.
- You are interested in technology and enjoy exploring technical topics in depth to understand their strategic implications.
- You have a technical or scientific background, such as an engineering degree or a PhD in a STEM field and want to apply your expertise to strategic and organizational challenges while developing a career in consulting.
- You understand how AI is transforming the way we work and use it effectively in your day-to-day tasks
