Role Overview

• Lead Taiwan Food & Specialized Regulatory Compliance programs and serve as the primary regulatory authority for food-related products and other specialized regulated categories.
• Provide regulatory interpretation, compliance guidance, and risk assessment support for business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Own regulatory intelligence, policy governance, compliance strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to support sustainable business growth while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Design, implement, and continuously improve compliance policies, governance frameworks, and operational processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements.

• Serve as the primary regulatory subject matter expert for food and other regulated product categories, providing regulatory interpretation, compliance guidance, and professional support.

• Monitor regulatory developments, government announcements, enforcement trends, and industry practices, translating regulatory requirements into internal policies, operational standards, and control mechanisms.

• Own the development, maintenance, and governance of product onboarding requirements, review standards, compliance policies, and related guidance documents.

• Provide regulatory assessments and compliance guidance for new products, new business models, and strategic initiatives to support business growth and implementation.

• Deliver practical and risk-balanced compliance solutions for complex regulatory issues and business scenarios.

• Partner closely with Legal, Product, Commercial, Operations, and regional stakeholders to integrate regulatory requirements into business processes and operating frameworks.

• Continuously enhance compliance governance frameworks, review mechanisms, and management processes to support evolving business needs and expanding regulated product categories.

• Develop and deliver compliance training, awareness programs, and knowledge management initiatives to strengthen organizational compliance capabilities.

• Support new business initiatives, category expansion, and the onboarding of emerging regulated product categories by providing regulatory and compliance expertise.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote effective compliance governance and sustainable business growth.
