Driver - Rear Lift

• Permanent Position – Brooklyn, VIC
• $34.44 per hour + overtime opportunities
• HR licence required

The Opportunity

Cleanaway is seeking an experienced and safety-focused HR Driver to join our Brooklyn team operating a Rear Lift Collection Vehicle. This hands-on role involves hard waste collection services, including the collection of bulky household items from residential areas. Regular heavy lifting and manual handling are a key part of the role.

Duties include

• Safely operate Rear Lift collection vehicles
• Complete bulk waste collection services across allocated runs
• Perform manual handling and loading activities as required
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle checks
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation

About You

• A current HR Licence
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Clean driving record
• Reliable work ethic and positive team attitude
