We’re building the next stage of AI at Cleanaway, and this is an opportunity to help shape how Generative AI operates across a large and complex organisation.
As our AI Operations Lead, you’ll take the lead on the day-to-day operation and evolution of our enterprise AI platforms. You’ll help move our platforms into a scalable, well-governed BAU environment while continuing to unlock new capabilities for the business.
You don’t need to be a developer, but you’ll be technically curious and comfortable getting under the hood of AI platforms. You’ll understand how the technology works, identify why something isn’t working and translate technical concepts into practical solutions for the business.
You’re energetic, curious and thrive in an evolving environment. You enjoy solving problems, bringing structure to ambiguity and taking initiative to turn ideas into practical outcomes.
As part of a growing AI function that’s still taking shape, you’ll enjoy a broad scope, take ownership across different areas and help shape how AI is embedded and operated across Cleanaway.
Industry background is less important than your mindset. Whether you’ve worked in a large corporate, technology environment, SaaS business or fast-moving start-up, we’re looking for someone with the drive and curiosity to help turn emerging AI capability into a reliable, scalable enterprise service.
