Drive the digitalization of
financial and accounting processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
& Operations (F&O)
Analyze customer financial
processes, provide expert advice, and translate business needs into
scalable system solutions
Lead key users through
implementation phases, including configuration, parameterization, and
scope ownership
Identify opportunities to optimize
or redesign core finance processes and ensure best-practice adoption
Facilitate workshops, design
solution concepts, and deliver training sessions for complex projects
Create clear functional and
technical documentation and collaborate closely with development teams
Build strong, long-term customer
relationships through your financial expertise and consultative approach
Mentor colleagues and share
knowledge to strengthen team capabilities
Plan, coordinate, and document
project activities in line with timelines and budgets

University degree (or equivalent)
in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related
field
5+ years of experience as a
consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O, or strong
finance/accounting background with a transition into IT
Solid understanding of financial
processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Controlling, etc.)
Customer-focused mindset with
strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive attitude with a passion
for continuous learning and innovation
Ability to understand complex
business scenarios and translate them into system solutions
additional languages are a plus
Experience in working with ERP (SAP, NAV, F&O, SAOP etc.)
