Job Description

Position: MCE(Multichannel Customer Engagement) Associate

Reports to: Head of Marketing, Specialty

Type: Fixed-term (1 yr contract)

PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE

The MCE specialist is responsible for product detailing and remote engagement via multichannel customer approach. This includes managing groups of HCPs who are interested in migraine treatment or already have migraine treatment experience. The MCE specialist works with the brand manager and sales team in their efforts to achieve the brand goals and unleash the full potential of brand and accelerate the limitless.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver hybrid (virtual or in-person) detailing and discussion sessions tailored to the individual needs of HCPs, including one-on-one consultations.
• Conduct reactive support and continuous customer engagements to improve HCP understanding and adoption level of brand in accordance with the product information and approved label.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs ensuring thorough communication and engagement.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Utilize advanced product knowledge to identify patient profiles and detail to HCPs, to differentiate brand.
• Perform assessments to track and enhance HCP engagement through the adoption ladder over time.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly.
• Monitor competitive market situation by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and communicate market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management
  

Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in relevant industry with proven record
• Relevant experience preferred in remote engagement or multichannel marketing
• Bachelor’s degree with scientific background preferred
• Proactive attitude and passion for collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders
• Persuasive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in learning scientific and medical knowledge in migraine.
• Problem-solving aptitude, strong attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to business decisions.
• High accountability and ability to work independently
