As a Senior Advisor – Training you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of on‑site training activities for a complex and high‑profile project. Working collaboratively with the Worley Training Manager and the Customer, you will help coordinate training initiatives, support compliance with contractual training requirements, and contribute to building capability within the Customer organization through effective and well‑governed training programs.Duties and responsibilities
Provides support to the Customer for evaluation of the effectiveness of training provided.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Master’s Degree is preferred.
Strong technical skills.
At least 8 years' experience in nuclear training programs for nuclear power plants and contractor oversight.
Experience in project-oriented activities.
Excellent report writing skills.
Ability to communicate, influence and persuade.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to resolve conflict.
Organized and disciplined, capability to plan and schedule tasks and events.
Ability to work and interact with multi-cultural teams.
Ability to advise the Customer on acceptance or rejection of Contractor training deliverables.
