We’re looking for an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join Worley’s Talent Acquisition team and support leadership hiring across the Asia Pacific region.

This is an opportunity to operate as an internal executive search specialist for Worley, partnering closely with our senior leaders to identify and engage high-calibre leadership talent across our businesses and functions in APAC.

You’ll take a proactive, research-led approach to executive search, combining market intelligence, talent mapping, direct sourcing and relationship management to help secure top talent for immediate and future business needs.

Rather than relying primarily on advertised recruitment, you’ll go directly to the market, identifying where the best talent sits, understanding competitor organisations and engaging senior professionals who may not be actively considering their next opportunity.

You will leverage from our new AI powered global talent acquisition CRM, Eightfold AI, as well as being extremely comfortable with linked in recruiter and search and selection methodology.

What you’ll do

• Partnering closely with our business leaders, you will develop and deliver targeted searches for complex, specialist and business-critical leadership appointments.
• Develop a strong working relationship with our APAC Talent Acquisition and People Team members.
• Conduct detailed market mapping and talent research across relevant industries, competitors and adjacent sectors.
• Identify and directly engage senior passive talent through proactive sourcing and executive search techniques.
• Build external leadership talent pipelines aligned with Worley’s current and future capability requirements.
• Develop market intelligence covering talent availability, competitor structures, leadership movements and relevant talent trends.
• Translate leadership requirements into clear search strategies, target organisations and candidate profiles.
• Partner across Talent Acquisition and the broader People team to share market intelligence and strengthen leadership succession and talent pipelines.
• Represent Worley professionally and authentically in the external executive talent market.

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated experience in an executive search environment, leadership recruitment or senior-level talent acquisition. Your experience may have been developed within an executive search firm, an internal executive search function, or a combination of both.
• A strong track record of identifying and engaging senior passive candidates through research-led search methodologies.
• Excellent talent research, market mapping and sourcing capability.
• Experience developing executive search strategies and converting complex leadership briefs into targeted market approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with senior and executive-level leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare concise, high-quality candidate profiles, search reports and market insights.
• Well-developed judgement, discretion and professionalism when managing confidential leadership searches and senior candidates.
• A consultative and commercially minded approach, with the ability to understand business strategy and translate it into leadership talent requirements.
• Experience within the project delivery, engineering, energy, resources and chemicals sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential.
