Create your best future and join Chief Data and Analytics Office as a Team Assistant!
What’s the role?
The role provides proactive coordination, communication, engagement, administration and operational support for 3 Head Of's in the CDAO division.

As a trusted team enablement partner, the Team Assistant creates structure, anticipates needs and helps the function stay organised and connected. The role proactively identifies opportunities to simplify ways of working and uses Microsoft Copilot, AI and digital tools to improve the efficiency and quality of administrative, coordination and communication activities. This is a team-wide productivity and efficiency role rather than a personal assistant role for a single leader. The position is hands-on, solutions-focused and suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving practical problems and making things happen in a fast-moving environment.
