Senior Personal Assistant (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers - limited to 24 months

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Personal Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the executive leadership team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the CEO’s daily success, managing stakeholders, and enabling key business priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Executive Support & Agenda Management: You provide comprehensive daily administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO and executive team, managing complex priorities, business activities, and expenses.
• Event & Travel Coordination: You organise high-level meetings, executive discussions, international business trips, and corporate events end-to-end.
• Stakeholder Relations & Networking: You act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including international partners, and collaborate closely with the international Executive Assistant network.
• Documentation & Reporting: You prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and documentation to facilitate decision-making.
• Meeting Governance & Action Tracking: You coordinate thorough meeting preparations, record precise minutes, and proactively follow up on action items.

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a comparable professional qualification.
• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role directly supporting senior executives, ideally within an international environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) and proactive adoption of innovative digital solutions.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities combined with high discretion, adaptability, and an independent mindset.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken English, paired with professional working proficiency in Hungarian.

At Vantage Towers, we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Budapest, Hungary, with collaboration in Romania.
