We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead that work in Western Australia.

You’ll be a trusted partner to WA’s technology leaders. You’ll help them protect what matters and pursue their goals without unnecessary risk. You’ll win new customers, grow existing ones, and work alongside our Technical, Channel and Marketing teams to plan how we reach the market. You’ll own your territory and your targets, and we’ll back you to exceed them.

What you’ll do

• Build relationships with CIOs and CISOs, and understand what success looks like for their business
• Find new customers and grow existing accounts across WA
• Set clear territory and product strategies that grow our share of the market
• Guide customers from the first demo through implementation and beyond
• Run account reviews that improve the customer experience and uncover what’s next
• Keep CRM data accurate so forecasts and plans stay reliable

What you bring

• 6+ years of IT sales experience in WA, ideally including time in cybersecurity
• A record of selling value to senior leaders in complex deals with many stakeholders
• The ability to explain complex technology in clear business terms
• An understanding of the market, including competitors, cloud, digital transformation, IIoT and local regulation
• A growth mindset and a collaborative way of working
• Nice to haves:
  • knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, XDR, UEBA or SIEM/SOAR;
  • SPIN, MEDDIC or TAS training; sales or security certifications
