An unserem Standort in Jettingen-Scheppach bei Augsburg entwickeln und produzieren die Geschäftsbereiche AL-KO Air Technology und AL-KO Extraction Technology mit rund 600 Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland maßgeschneiderte raumlufttechnische Anlagen sowie vielseitige industrielle Absaugsysteme für unterschiedlichste Anwendungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Sales und Serviceteams suchen wir die: Teamleitung – kaufmännische Auftragsbearbeitung (w/m/d) Aufgaben: Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Teams in der kaufmännischen Auftragsbearbeitung und Abwicklung im Bereich Lüftungstechnik Anlage und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen im System Überprüfung und Pflege von Kundendaten auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit Abstimmung, Koordination und laufende Pflege von Lieferterminen Enge Zusammenarbeit als Schnittstelle zum Vertriebsaußendienst Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe in der Auftragsabwicklung Überwachung von Prozessen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen Unterstützung des Teams bei operativen und administrativen Fragestellungen Profil: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung, Auftragsabwicklung oder im Vertriebsinnendienst Erste Führungserfahrung bzw. in einer koordinierenden Funktion wünschenswert Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Angebot: Eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit im Aftersales Ein kollegiales Team und eine strukturierte Einarbeitung Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit Gestaltungsspielraum Die Möglichkeit, Prozesse aktiv mitzuentwickeln und zu optimieren Einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz mit Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Attraktive Rahmenbedingungen und moderne Arbeitsmittel Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung (Lebenslauf und Angaben zum möglichen Eintrittstermin und der Gehaltsvorstellung) über das Bewerbungsportal von Trane Technologies.
