We boldly go. Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) Escolaridad/Educación: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Cadena de suministro, Manufactura, Administración de operaciones. Experiencia: Entre 6 meses a 1 año en ambientes de opex, logística, almacén y flujos de material, manufactura, ensamble, etc. Habilidades administrativas y técnicas: Administración eficiente del tiempo, manejo de documentación técnica, comunicación efectiva, análisis de problemas y seguimiento de procesos, compras y capacitación de personal. Conocimiento en diseño CAD (AutoCAD, Creo Parametric), Lean Manufacturing. Experiencia en análisis y balanceo de procesos de ensamble, interpretación de dibujos y especificaciones técnicas, procesos de compra. Ingles conversacional necesario. Funciones / Responsabilidades: Mapear y actualizar el MIFC para identificar y eliminar desperdicios en el flujo logístico. Mantener actualizado el PFEP para definir el empaque y destino de cada componente. Diseñar sistemas de reabastecimiento Pull mediante señales Kanban, secuenciado y preparación de kits. Apoyar la transición hacia layouts libres de montacargas mediante el uso de trenes logísticos. Optimizar supermercados de materiales y estaciones en punto de uso bajo principios ergonómicos.
