We boldly go. Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) Vous aimez le terrain, l’animation d’équipe et l’amélioration continue ? Rejoignez-nous en tant qu’Animateur cellule (F/H) et contribuez chaque jour à la performance, à la sécurité et à la qualité de nos opérations. Vous agissez avant tout comme un référent terrain, un coach et un coordinateur de proximité, à l’image d’un entraîneur dans une équipe de sport : vous organisez, soutenez, mobilisez, faites progresser et aidez l’équipe à atteindre ses objectifs collectifs dans le respect des standards. Vos missions Démarrer et sécuriser la cellule en vérifiant que toutes les conditions de production sont réunies : sécurité, 5S, matière, effectif, flux. Suivre l’activité au quotidien en veillant à la qualité, au respect des standards et à l’atteinte des objectifs de production. Gérer les aléas terrain en identifiant rapidement les dysfonctionnements, en apportant un premier niveau de réponse et en alertant le manager si nécessaire. Animer et coordonner l’équipe en conduisant les briefings, en répartissant les activités et en facilitant le passage de consignes entre équipes. Accompagner la montée en compétences en coachant les opérateurs, en transmettant les standards et en soutenant la polyvalence et l’amélioration continue. Votre profil Vous savez fédérer, accompagner et faire avancer un collectif sans lien hiérarchique direct. Vous avez une expérience réussie en environnement industriel ou production. Vous aimez le terrain, l’action et le travail en équipe. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre réactivité, votre sens de l’organisation et votre pragmatisme.
