Como Analista de Orçamentos de Serviços você irá elaborar e controlar o envio de propostas comerciais e fornecer feedback sobre a evolução do programa de incentivo para os técnicos, assim como suportar os Executivos de Vendas nas tratativas comerciais junto aos clientes. Sua principais atividades: Fornecer suporte nas funções administrativas aos executivos de venda. Auxiliar nos processos de renovação de contratos conforme alinhamento e coordenação com o gerente de vendas; Realizar prospecção na base instalada para buscar novas oportunidades coordenado com o Executivo de Vendas da região; Elaborar orçamentos, cotações e envio das propostas aos clientes, acompanhando o processo até o fechamento do pedido coordenado com os Executivos de Vendas; Enviar feedbacks aos técnicos das propostas referentes ao Lead Program; Realizar cotações internas para clientes através dos canais de atendimento e acompanhar até que o pedido de compra seja obtido coordenado com os Executivos de Vendas; Propor e executar melhoria nos processos de orçamento; Emitir relatórios de indicadores da área para acompanhar nível de serviço. O que buscamos em seu perfil: Ensino Superior em Administração, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas afins. Desejável Espanhol e inglês Intermediário. Experiência na área administrativo comercial no setor HVAC ou de empresas do ramo industrial. Habilidades: Prospecção, negociação e vendas. Realizar suporte aos executivos plenos e sênior. Vendas e Negociação; Interpretação de desenhos; Pacote Office. Ter conhecimento nos produtos do setor HVAC. Atitudes: Foco no cliente; Comunicação; Negociação; Proatividade.
