Niveau Bac minimum
Ayant une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans la gestion et la supervision des groupes de production
Ayant des connaissances des métiers de couture des isolants souples
Ayant une aisance dans la coordination entre les îlots de production
Avoir la capacité de faire le suivi des plannings de production
Ayant des connaissances de base de l’informatique (Word, Excel, ERP …)
Ayant pratiqué des outils d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
Avoir le sens de l’écoute
Avoir la capacité à gérer les conflits
Bon niveau de communication transversale
