Discover the Role

As an Employer Branding Intern, you will join our Group Talent Acquisition team and support initiatives that strengthen and promote TMF Group's employer brand globally. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media content creation, and digital communications while contributing to projects that showcase our culture, people, and career opportunities.

This internship is offered for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content and visual assets using Canva.

Support content planning, creation, and publishing across multiple social media channels.

Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.

Research social media trends, content formats, and employer branding best practices.

Contribute creative campaign ideas that promote TMF Group’s culture and careers.

Key Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field.

Strong Canva skills with a passion for visual storytelling and content creation.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and basic analytics.

Creative, organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a global environment.
