Work Flexibility: Hybrid
The Lead Analyst, Treasury EMEA CORE Operations is an individual contributor role responsible for treasury core operations across the EMEA region, operating within a varied banking environment spanning multiple entities, countries, and banking partners. In this role, you will lead end-to-end bank account lifecycle activities, KYC compliance, and M&A-related treasury work across EMEA.
Please note this is a 12 month contract role.
You lead the bank account lifecycle across EMEA, including account openings and closures, KYC refreshes, signatory updates, and banking resolution implementation, ensuring structured execution and timely delivery, while maintaining oversight of progress, dependencies, and risks across activities.
You lead and drive banking-related activities for structural changes, newly acquired entities, transitions, integrations, KYC updates, and signatory structures across multiple jurisdictions. These activities are often carried out under challenging timelines and involve unfamiliar stakeholders, diverse local processes, varying banking requirements, and a high degree of uncertainty. You assess changing circumstances, identify risks, evaluate options, determine practical solutions, and drive activities through to completion while maintaining control and business continuity.
You lead improvements in treasury operations by strengthening tracking, improving KPI visibility, and identifying opportunities to simplify work and reduce manual effort. You drive initiatives such as process standardization, account rationalization, system and bank integrations, bank connectivity, and automation of payment file and bank statement processes. You ensure these improvements support operational needs, controls, and timely execution.
Success in this role requires navigating time-sensitive topics across multiple stakeholders, banking partners, and jurisdictions. Activities frequently involve unfamiliar processes, varying banking requirements, changing circumstances, and competing priorities that require careful coordination and follow-through. With no single approach applying to all situations, the role involves assessing issues, identifying risks and dependencies, evaluating options, and determining practical solutions.
Effective collaboration across Treasury, Finance, Legal, HR, IT, business stakeholders, and banking partners is essential to help move activities forward and support timely delivery.
Join a collaborative treasury team where your work directly supports international operations across EMEA. You will gain exposure to a wide range of banking, regulatory, and treasury topics while working with colleagues, banking partners, and stakeholders across multiple countries. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to international growth, M&A activities, and business transformation in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, flexibility, and continuous learning.
