Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Set tools, work offsets, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Perform inspection and make necessary machine/tool adjustments.
Troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues.
Minimum 5 years of relevant CNC Milling Setter experience.
Experienced in Fanuc and Mazak control systems.
Good knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
Familiar with tooling, work offsets, and machining parameters.
Able to use precision measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometer.
Responsible, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
