Senior Technician

• Perform repair, modification, and functional testing of mechanical components using the latest revisions of technical manuals (AD, CMM, SB, SIL)
• Manage assigned tasks and schedules to meet customer delivery timelines
• Monitor and verify POL, tools, and equipment calibration status to ensure compliance and readiness for servicing activities
• Participate in quality assurance, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians in performing component repair, overhaul, On-Job-Training activities and testing to maintain quality standards
• Operate automated solutions and machinery
• Work closely with automation engineers by providing feedback, learning system operations, and co-developing solutions to streamline processes

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 -5 years of relevant working experience would be of advantage
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and follow regulated procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standard
• Good communication skills for collaboration with engineers and team members.
