Every day, you'll be at the forefront of the energy transition, driving the growth of Siemens Energy's digital ecosystem across ASEAN. Partnering with customers in emerging industries such as Renewables, Data Centers, Grid Modernization, Energy Storage, and Industrial Energy Transition, you'll identify new business opportunities and shape innovative digital and control solutions that address their most pressing energy challenges.
Working closely with customers, sales teams, and technical experts, you'll transform market insights into actionable strategies, develop compelling solution proposals, and guide opportunities from concept through contract closure. Your ability to uncover customer needs, position value-driven solutions, and build trusted relationships will play a key role in expanding Siemens Energy's presence in high-growth markets and accelerating the future of sustainable energy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead solution management activities for the digital ecosystem, building concepts from design through commercialization with cross-functional teams by understanding customer business challenges.
Define and promote integrated solution concepts, facilitate customer co-creation sessions, and drive pre-sales engagements. Develop market entry strategies, go-to-market plans & business opportunities for existing & new segments and geographies.
Build senior-level relationships with utility, industrial, renewable developer, EPC, and data center customers.
Position asset performance, operational optimization, predictive maintenance, AI-enabled insights, energy management etc. as per quantified business challenges.
Position integrated solutions spanning connectivity, platform, applications and managed services.
Support development of new business models and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in engineering with 15+ years of experience in power generation, oil & gas, industrial, energy, automation, or related sectors, including strong exposure to consultative selling of controls and digitalization solutions.
Proven track record of successfully originating, developing, and closing complex, high-value opportunities within the energy, infrastructure, industrial automation, software, or digital technology markets.
Strong customer engagement and consultative selling capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to identify customer challenges, create value-driven solutions, and build long-term relationships.
Deep expertise in digital and control solutions for power generation and energy management, including SCADA, DCS, control systems, energy management, asset and fleet management, performance optimization, and renewable or hybrid integration solutions.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, with experience driving digital innovation, co-creating solutions with customers, and translating business needs into scalable commercial offerings.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams, influence decision-making, and deliver results within matrix organizations, supported by excellent communication and solution management capabilities.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
