This is an exciting opportunity to bring your technical skills into play and help ensure the optimal and continuous operation at all our biogas plants and have a central role in the development of green energy. Shell Low Carbon Solutions Biogas is Denmark's largest producer of biogas and currently supplies more than 25 per cent of the biogas to the Danish gas grid. Both the number of plants, the amount of biogas and turnover are constantly and rapidly growing, so you will be part of an energetic organization with competent colleagues throughout the country. You will be based in our Aarhus or Odense office.
You will have a central role in the development of the operations organization, anchored in the Operational & Technical Support department. You will have an important task in the operation and continued development of maintenance programs, executing large maintenance projects on our sites, as well as development and optimization of production locally and across the biogas plants. You will report directly into the Asset Management Technical Support Manager.
Together with your colleagues in Asset Management Technical Support, you will help develop and operate the entire biogas organization’s maintenance program as well as support, technical problem-solving and optimization at the individual biogas plants.
You have a relevant technical background as a mechanical engineer, marine engineer or similar and experience with operation and maintenance of process plants, including experience with maintenance systems and know the underlying routines and processes. Experience with biogas production is a plus, but not a requirement.
