About the role

Position Overview

Manufacturing Process Engineer는 MTM(Method-Time Measurement) 기법을 활용하여 기존 제품과 신제품의 표준 작업시간을 분석하고, 생산공정의 효율성과 제품 품질을 향상하는 역할을 담당합니다.

신제품 및 Renewal 제품의 생산 준비 단계부터 참여하여 조립 방법, 작업시간, 공정 흐름 및 작업환경을 검토하고, 생산성 향상과 사이클 타임 단축을 위한 개선 활동을 주도합니다. 또한 생산, 품질, 물류, R&D 및 재경 부서와 긴밀하게 협업하여 안정적이고 효율적인 제조 프로세스를 구축합니다.

Key Responsibilities

주요 업무

• MTM 기법을 활용하여 기존 제품, 신제품 및 Renewal 제품의 표준 작업시간 산출 및 관리

• 신제품 및 Renewal 제품의 생산 준비 과정에서 조립 방법과 표준시간 정의

• 생산현장의 작업 분석을 통한 사이클 타임 및 DMH 개선 기회 발굴

• 생산성 목표 및 작업자 생산성 지표 달성을 위한 개선 활동 수행

• 조립공정, 작업방법 및 작업표준 분석을 통한 생산 프로세스 최적화

• 신제품 및 Renewal 제품의 Industrial Flow 분석 및 개선안 제안

• 생산공정의 효율성, 품질 및 작업 편의성 향상을 위한 개선 프로젝트 수행

• Lean Manufacturing 진단 및 실행 활동에 적극적으로 참여

• 생산현장의 5S 및 지속적인 개선 활동 지원

• 작업자 의견과 현장 데이터를 기반으로 생산 이슈 및 잠재적인 문제점 분석

• 신제품 생산을 위한 작업표준서, 공정 관련 문서 및 교육자료 작성

• 신규 또는 변경된 공정에 대한 작업자 교육 및 현장 적용 지원

• 품질 부서와 협업하여 공정 및 품질 시스템 변경사항 검토 및 반영

• 물류 부서와 협업하여 자재 공급 방식, 포장 단위, 공급 수량 및 공급 주기 최적화

• R&D 및 설계 부서와 협업하여 제품 설계의 제조 적합성과 조립 가능성 검토

• 표준시간 데이터를 기반으로 Labor Cost 및 Industrial Costing 산출 지원

• 글로벌 공장 및 관련 조직과 Best Practice 및 제조 전략 공유

• 사내 신규 프로젝트 및 글로벌 프로젝트 참여

• Six Sigma Green Belt 역량 확보 및 팀 내 Six Sigma 개선 활동 지원

Qualifications

자격 요건

• 전기, 전자, 산업공학, 기계공학 또는 제조 관련 전공 학사 이상

• 생산기술, 제조공정, 공정개선 또는 유관 분야 경력 1년 이상 3년 이하

• 생산공정 및 조립공정에 대한 기본적인 이해

• 현장 데이터를 기반으로 문제를 분석하고 개선안을 도출할 수 있는 역량

• 생산, 품질, 물류, 설계 등 다양한 유관 부서와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량

• 업무상 영어 회화 및 영문 문서 독해가 가능한 분

• Microsoft Excel, Word 등 기본적인 업무용 소프트웨어 활용 능력

Preferred Qualifications

우대 사항

• MTM 또는 유사한 표준시간 분석기법에 대한 경험이나 이해

• 제조현장의 사이클 타임, 표준시간 또는 생산성 분석 경험

• 조립공정 설계 또는 작업방법 개선 경험

• Lean Manufacturing, 5S 또는 Continuous Improvement 활동 경험

• Six Sigma 프로젝트 참여 경험 또는 Green Belt 자격 보유

• Industrial Flow 또는 공장 내 물류 흐름 개선 경험

• 생산원가 또는 Labor Cost 산출 경험

• AutoCAD 활용 능력

• 신제품 양산 이관, 공정 셋업 또는 NPI 프로젝트 참여 경험

• 글로벌 조직 또는 해외 공장과의 협업 경험
