The role drives end-to-end project coordination by managing opportunity qualification, project tracking and ownership, stakeholder communication, commercial approvals, and delivery escalations to ensure timely and successful project execution.
What will you do?
Project Coordinator
• Monitor and maintain project pipelines in Salesforce. Ensure opportunities, milestones, project values and expected closing dates are up to date. Proactively follow up on open actions with sales representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Review project specifications, identify decision makers, competitors, value chain participants, project risks and business opportunities. Prepare project summaries for the sales team.
• Analyze incoming project leads and assign them to the responsible sales representative. Ensure complete project documentation and smooth handover processes.
• Track project status, follow up on outstanding quotations, technical clarifications, approvals, and customer feedback. Ensure no opportunities are lost due to missing follow-up activities.
• Coordinate quotation requests with Tendering, Product Management and Sales. Monitor deadlines and escalate critical projects where required.
• Track pending approvals for contracts, pricing exceptions and project-related requests. Proactively follow up with approvers to accelerate processing times.
• Prepare customer communication regarding quotations, project updates, delivery information and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with Customer Care and Logistics to clarify delivery dates, manage escalations and support critical customer projects.
• Maintain customer, project and opportunity data in Salesforce. Support reporting accuracy through regular audits and data cleansing activities.
• Align special pricing requests, project conditions, customer-specific agreements and approvals with Product Management and Pricing teams.
• Create, maintain and update value contracts according to sales representatives’ instructions. Ensure proper documentation and approval workflow.
Who would be successful?
• Native German speaker is a plus.
• At least German B2 Level in Language Assessment.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree (equivalent for foreign candidates)
• Must possess excellent skills in listening, expression and interrelationships.
• Demonstrate ability to understand and explain technical information.
• Willing to work mid shift schedule.
